We believe that the best way to run a creative service-based business is to do it surrounded by other like-minded entrepreneurs who understand that the best way to learn is through experience. We know we are better together and that having a trusted crew and network of advisors is paramount to building, growing and creating sustainable businesses.
Transparent & Vulnerable
We want our members to be transparent and vulnerable with one another in their small groups, on the platform, and at events. This is our way of saying we aren’t here for the small talk or the Insta likes. We are here to connect in authentic ways, work on our businesses, and lift one another up as much as possible. We pride ourselves on our ability to support one another in our entrepreneurial pursuits through our facilitated small monthly group meetings, resource-sharing platform, workshops and events.
Growth Mindset
We want our members to have an insatiable desire to learn–no matter how long they’ve been in business or how incredible the client roster. Our weekly classes are led by business leaders from other industries, business owners from our own industry, thought-leaders, and Freeda board advisors. Virtual education classes are designed to create lively discussions on a trending topic, inspire, and provide a deep dive into the must-know business topics–from marketing and sales to operations, finance, and management. Whether they’re tuning in live or catching the replay in the Freeda Video Library, we want our members to approach every Freeda Network event with genuine curiosity and a desire to learn something new.
Generosity & Abundance
We want our members to be generous with their recommendations and referrals. We believe that every one of our members is a valuable resource, has a unique and valuable point of view, and has had an experience that is worth sharing. We are generous with one another because we know that opportunities abound when we share––and we want real growth for ourselves and the network as a whole.
Respect & Acceptance
We do not discount others within the network just because of age, years of experience, location, industry category, social media profile or anything else. The network is not designed for you if you are seeking validation that you have made it, looking for a place to gossip, or are under the impression that you are in some way above others within the industry.

We want our member base to be a reflection of what we believe the weddings and events industry should be, not what it is today. Our aim is to build a network of successful business leaders that serves multiple and intersecting identities and we welcome leaders who identify as men, women, transgender, nonbinary and gender non-comforming. To that end, if you are a business owner who chooses to discriminate for any reason whatsoever, Freeda reserves the right to cancel your membership without a refund.
